Thanksgiving at roux in Asheville


For travelers and residents of Asheville who don't already have holiday dinner plans this year, you should visit “roux” for a truly inspired Thanksgiving. A four course dinner will be the perfect compliment to a memorable holiday celebration. Executive Chef Randy Dunn has crafted an innovative menu with selections from traditional roasted turkey to spiced apple and pork roulade with jalapeño-apricot marmalade.
