WNC Jazz Society presents the Christian Tamburr Quartet

The 2009 season of the Western North Carolina Jazz Society starts Sunday, March 8 at 7:00p. Come celebrate the new season and enjoy the sounds of Christian Tamburr, a vibrant and talented vibraphone player who recently completed a stint as a musical director for vocalist Julio Inglesias. Christian has performed as a guest artist with Dave Brubeck and opened for Harry Connick Jr. In 2009, he will begin his roll as director of a new Cirque du Soleil production. He will be accompanied by pianist Scott Giddens.
